Recording an Audiobook
We're looking for you!
Do you like reading aloud and enjoy bringing stories to life together? Then volunteer as a narrator for the picture books at 1001 Languages. You don't have to be a professional to do this!
In most cases, the microphone on your laptop or mobile phone is enough. If you have recorded an audio book in your first language or another strong language, simply send us the file. We'll do the rest. It is important that you mark a recognisable pause after each page, for example with a short clap. Of course, there should also be as little background noise as possible.
