The Inventor Who Couldn't Read
Content
Small reading sample:
Platan's greatest wish is to finally learn to read because something is always going wrong with his inventions. That's why he once had to flee Italy. There, at an inventors' conference, he had invented a car that was supposed to run when someone laughed. But it didn‘t work and just drove around helter-skelter like crazy. The mayor banned Professor Platan from Italy: "You must leave Italy at once because you have made a complete fool of me with your lousy invention."
