.... We did a bit of research into how many stories and books and languages there are. And sometimes you're surprised yourself. That's what happened to us. We want to share that with you. Because as patreons, you helped us to experience this jam. Maybe you're a bit amazed too. That would make us very happy!
So.
There are 60 books on the website. A total of around 750 children have written and illustrated the stories. There are stories from nurseries, schools and extracurricular learning centres. The story that has travelled the furthest to us comes from Taiwan. We have already uploaded over 500 translations. And 135 audio recordings for audio books of the children's stories. Over 200 people translate the stories into their own language on a voluntary basis. A total of 85 languages are represented on the website. Around 1000 books are downloaded every month.
Isn't all this incredible? The fact that a small idea has grown into such a large community is very touching.
We need support so that we can continue. Because of course a lot of things become more complex when it gets bigger.
